The entire Jacobs team followed up with me throughout the construction process which just added to the excitement of building a new home as well as gave me the peace of mind I needed. I closed on my home and I still receive the same treatment. I am in sales and I know how important customer service is, obviously the Jacobs Companies knows that too! That type of follow through is quite impressive to me.

If I had to do it all over, I would not change a thing. I already have referred my friends and family to what I believe is quite an impressive builder. Let's face it, 75 years in business and it shows. They know a thing or two about building.

"It was like being treated as a family member. We have done many construction and rehabilitation projects in the years we have lived in Highland Park. We have used other architects and builders in the past.
